All refunds must be applied for before the membership expires, no refunds will be made after the expiration date.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected], provide username and screenshot of payment bill. The specific payment time is less than 7 days, and a full refund can be made. If the bill exceeds 7 days, the refund amount will be calculated according to the effective time of the membership.
Refunds
After receiving your refund request, please allow us 7 days to process. We will use Paddle (https://paddle.com) to refund to the original payment account. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
